Exchanges/Returns
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a MotoFrugals RA#. All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging, with tags attached, and unused. Customers will be charged only actual freight and no restocking fee if exchanges are made. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of order date. Customers must contact Motofrugals to receive a unique RA #. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, along with actual shipping charges to and from the customer for the order. All closeout sales are final with no refunds being issued.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150 to the lower 48 states. Orders under $150 to the lower 48 states will be charged a flat rate of only $15 per shipment for ground freight. UPS is our preferred carrier. Overnight, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select are available to most areas. Orders may be expedited at the request and expense of the customer. Please call, email, or include a request in the order for expedited shipments. For your convenience, we automatically send you a UPS tracking number so you know when your package will arrive. On some drop-shipments, tracking numbers may not be e-mailed to you unless requested. Free freight does not apply to orders from Alaska and Hawaii. Actual shipping charges apply to all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping
MotoFrugals ships all over the world every day. We are happy to ship via UPS or USPS at the discretion of the customer. We charge a $20 handling fee, in addition to actual shipping charges, for all International USPS shipments. Insurance and tracking is available with UPS and USPS shipments.
International Orders
We appreciate the business from our international customers. MotoFrugals has so many great products to offer you. A 5% transaction fee is charged on all orders outside of the U.S. and Canada. Since we are unable to verify addresses on international orders, some orders are held for 1-2 weeks to ensure proper funds transfer.
